Employees of NCOSH, event sponsors, judging panel members, and their immediate families are
ineligible.
Teams may include 3–5 members, including one leader.
Registration is open to all participants from countries recognized by the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia.
2. Registration
Registrations are on first come, first serve bases and there are limited seats. Late
submissions will not be accepted.
Hybrid participation: In-person attendees must comply with venue rules (Four Seasons Hotel,
Riyadh). Virtual participants must ensure stable internet access.
False information will result in disqualification.
3. Submission Requirements
Solutions must address Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) challenges.
All code, designs, and content must be original. Plagiarism or infringement of third-party
rights will lead to disqualification.
Submissions must be uploaded via the official platform only, covered under GOSH7
registration. Any theoretical submissions outside this process will not be considered.
Each team must appoint a main speaker (in addition to the leader) for presenting proposals
and participating in Q&A sessions.
Submissions must be original and not previously submitted to other competitions.
Participants must select only one track from the topics and fields announced.
Participants agree not to disclose sensitive or intellectual property information without
the consent of all team members.
Attendance is mandatory for all main sessions, workshops, audits, and final presentations.
Participants must ensure that all used materials comply with publishing rights or open
licenses.
Participants affirm the validity and credibility of the data provided in all stages of the
program.
Attendance at the hackathon in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is mandatory for all participants
according to the announced dates.
4. Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior is mandatory. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct (online
or in-person) will result in immediate removal.
NCOSH reserves the right to disqualify teams violating ethical standards.
5. Intellectual Property
Participants retain ownership of their submissions.
By submitting, participants grant NCOSH a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use,
display, and promote submissions for educational or promotional purposes.
